Is this program JUST for doTERRA Wellness Advocates?

YES! Though the principles taught in PrELITE+ would apply to any Network Marketing company, this program is specifically designed to with the scripts, wording, business training etc to help doTERRA Builders succeed because we believe so deeply in the mission and vision of this company! 
How is this different than Empowered Success?

Empowered Success is an amazing resource that I continue to use in all my mentoring. People still need people. Most of your new builders will still need you guiding them as they build their confidence in key skills. PrELITE+ helps break down the skills, providing specific assignments, accountability and follow up to keep them growing their confidence and success.  
I don't have a team yet, should I still start the program on my own?

The skills you learn and practice in PrELITE+ are so important, as is the way the program is laid out for learning and growing your business. YES! 100% you should purchase and implement the program for yourself first as you start building your team. If you know you want to make this your business than you are in the right place!
I already have leaders, how do I implement this with them?

First, invite your leaders to watch the webinar. If they catch the vision of speeding up and simplifying their business growth too, then have them start as a Participant with you acting as both the Mentor and AP. Once they have completed the first 4 weeks of the program, have them start inviting their builders to start but with you as the mentor, them as the AP and their builders as a new Participant. 
I am BUSY, so what kind of time commitment does this require?
The program is designed to be a 1:1 mentoring like experience. So at least the 1 hour a week for the mentor call and any other needed followup during the week. If your team situation is unique, you can run SMALL mentor groups for each leg with your Qualifier as the AP and their builders as the participants. Just keep in mind that participants aren't as forthright with their fears and concerns in a group setting with their fellow participants as they would be with just you and the AP together. You are the mentor and leader, you know your team best, trust your gut and cater to the needs of each team as you are able. 
What happens if a Participant quits the program in the middle? 
Part of the beauty of PrELITE+ is that it helps you sort through those who are ready to go all the way with you and for themselves. If someone isn't keeping their commitments, help them identify why and if they aren't ready to work through those reasons, then invite them to pause and come back to you when they are ready. In the meantime you've taught them how to successfully share doTERRA. Let them keep doing that on their own time frame and help them when they ask. Don't feel obligated to mentor and support them like you would someone who is running with you and towards you in their own business goals. You can't make them want to be successful. That's up to them, so don't feel bad if they step away. Give them the tools that can help them for where they are at and keep doing YOUR business: share, enroll, lead, support.
When is the best time of year to implement a program like this with my team?

I specifically designed this program to be perpetual. When a new builder is ready, get them ready by qualifying them with a few requirements (this information is trained on inside the mentor program) and set a date and GO! I have found that if you can run this October/November, Jan/Feb, April/May, July/August you are setting up your people for big times of the year and natural success waves in doTERRA. 
Does PrELITE+ cover how to build online as well as locally?

The skills required to build online or in person are the same. It's all about building relationships, inviting, presenting, teaching, following up, over and over and over again. So though PrELITE+ doesn't teach the specifics of HOW to host an online class, all the principles are still very relevant and applicable.
